I bought these earrings on 4 January 2020...it's been exactly one year and two months and these have not held up. The plating is completely gone on the part of the earrings that rest inside my lobes. They have turned red and irritate my ears. I don't shower, swim, or sleep with these in and I wear them 2-3 times a week, so this is disappointing. I expect to replace costume jewelry; I don't expect to have to replace it yearly.Unfortunately, there was even a quality issue when they first arrived: the earrings are two different lengths! One is about 1/8" longer than the other, so clearly there was no quality control check. I kept them because I loved the style and didn't think it was particularly noticeable when I was wearing them.The style is great and these have been my favorite earrings for the past year despite the slight length difference--that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1.
