It’s ok. Sterling silver is much prettier. This one looks more like a tarnished silver, because it’s steel. Not shiny. I hung it up in my car and bought a sterling silver one.

The necklace is beautiful and the issue is able to be fixed with the right tools and time but the fact it came broken as a gift was so embarrassing and ruined it. I’m sure it was a machine error but still. Sad about the outcome.
