I prefer longer bars for my philtrum piercing. Sometimes I sleep on my face and wake with a swollen upper lip and the flat back of most jewelry will cut into my inner lip. It's for this reason that I chose this length. I've included two picturesn of me wearing it; what it looks like normally and what it looks like when I pinch my lips, so that you can really see the length. The pictures you see on the listing are completely accurate. All the pieces are beautiful and the internal threading is secure.

Did not realize the bar was going to be to long. I cannot use them until I order a smaller one the will fit properly. Over all they're beautiful just too long

The only thing I had an issue with was taking them all apart to make sure they worked correctly and weren't messed up in any way. About 4 were screwed tightly and it took a few tries to get them apart and only one I had to use pliers to hold the gem in place in able to unscrew it. I was worried that it wasn't going to come apert but they all did and they are just fine now.

They are really pretty! The only 2 things I would say are a con are how big the "gem" is, its just a little bit bigger than I was hoping but still cute. The other thing is that the threads are a little iffy, if you tighten them too much they'll pop off and if you dont tighten them just right, it could pop off at any point. But other than that, I like them.

Very pretty but was to small and impossible to screw on to wear .. most you can even unscrew to put them in to wear
