I compared more of these than I care to admit to, because if I'm going to wear something every day, I want it to look nice. This bracelet is absolutely perfect. It will be noticed as a medical bracelet when you need it to be noticed, yet the bracelet looks like jewelry. The dangling pieces (the medical symbol and the sizing chain) are not obtrusive or annoying. They make the bracelet look feminine and delicate. I'm super, super happy with this and didn't know I could be so happy with a medical bracelet. The only thing I will mention in case it matters to you is that the outside engraving, where I had my first name printed, definitely wears off. You cannot really see my name at all anymore- it's barely there. Of course I wish it were still visible, but the important content, the medical specifics, are still readable on the inside of the bracelet. I wear this 24/7, even swim with it on, and the metal looks clean. Recommend.

I like this because it has a chain on it and it’s not a hard substance or anything around your wrist. It tells you that I am a diabetic too and I use it. The bracelet is easy to read and comfortable to wear but the clasp is very hard to hook. I only can do it with help and they even have a hard time. I believe it to be the claw clasp that makes it difficult.
