I was looking for a medical bracelet, since necklaces annoy me sometimes, and this one caught my eye as being nicer looking than "basic and functional". As you can tell from the photo, I like purple, so this one won. The clasp is tight and stong, and the bracelet is pleasantly heavy. You could probably fit more text on a different style, but this one is adequate for what I needed.

This bracelet truly is the most stylish medical alert bracelet you can imagine! It looks like a regular piece of jewelry! To give perspective, I am a 40-something professional and it fits right in with my other jewelry...I ordered a gold/silver two-tone. I figured it would look better than most medical bracelets but didn't want to set too high of expectations, but was soooo happy when it arrived. Like other reviews have said, emergency personnel would have to remove it to see the writing on the underside so if you are in a situation where you expect that medical staff would need to regularly see the text, you might want to look at others. In my case, I have it only for true emergencies such as an accident where I am unconscious and family members are too. Part of the beauty is that the medical alert symbol doesn't jump out at you in my version (gold logo on silver), so this particular style may not be the best again for someone who anticipates it truly being used. After several uses, I am beginning to see scratches but not bad....mine happens to be a little big so the flopping around doesn't help. At the price point, I'll just replace if it gets too bad so that doesn't concern me. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a stylish medical alert bracelet that is subtle and doesn't scream "medical alert!"

I am somewhat picky about what is comfortable to wear all the time on my wrist... I was able to find this and I love the color, of course, but it lays flat against my skin and on top is smooth enough to not make it uncomfortable to wake up with it under my face. There is a little wiggle room, so I do push it back towards my hand often, but I don't mind so far.I only wish it was readable without taking it off, but I knew fully how it was.

I wanted something durable that I could wear all the time even when swimming or in the shower so I didn’t have to worry about taking it off and forgetting to put it back on. Also, I have large wrists, so I ordered the 8.5 inch and there’s plenty of room for a bracelet style fit. It is pretty. However, it is too stiff for anybody to flip the medical alert piece over to look at what’s written underneath and the band shows scratches pretty easily.
