These are so beautiful but definitely NOT allergy friendly. My kiddo has sensitive ears and they blew up red, leaky and painful after 2 days. True titanium does not cause that.

I got some extra lobe piercings back in October and they just wouldn't heal. It's been half a year and my ears would still be bleeding and itchy. I finally got these because of the titanium and now my ears don't bother me. I think they might actually be healing now. Would recommend.
