Hinge works well. Lovely bracelet with fine scrolling and a good weight which makes it sit beautifully on the wrist. My wrist is 6.5 inches. I ordered my usual size 7 inch and it has room to move a little but not too much. I like my bracelets to stay at the wrist and not ride up the arm . The finished side has, so far, remained outward facing-which is great! I believe this Filigree hinged bangle would make an excellent Valentine’s or Christmas gift. Very pleased with mine. Planning on ordering another style from this seller.

Really attractive bracelet, lightweight and well-made. I like the twisted/braided style - won't show scratches from rubbing on a tabletop etc. Also like that it's an oval not a circle. Easy to put on and off. I tried it out at home for an hour, and I couldn't get used to the fact that it's a solid/rigid oval. I'm used to more link-type bracelets that "give" when my wrist rests on a surface. Reluctantly returning.

This bracelet does not look nor does it feel like sterling silver, it’s hollow and VERY light weight, it sustains a Nick every time i wear it. It feels more like plastic and no matter how you try and clean it, it looks dull and discolored. VERY disappointed with this product
