Likes: comfortable, ease of install, size, overall look.Great for those with 8-9 inch wrists bigger wrists may need the longer version of this strap, The leather is good quality thin by design, but supple, durable and comfortable out of the package no more wrist slipping or overly tight. Nice that they have this strap in black PVD hardware and leather with white stitching, which matches the watch perfectly.Cons: I only got one of them :)

- Oiled Pull-Up Leather – Classic one-piece military design is combined with high quality crazy horse leather for the perfect balance of style and comfort. Wax and oil infused cowhide gives each leather strap unique shading variations. The leather will break-in over time and develop a rich patina based on your wear pattern. Pick one up in each color colors so you can change leather straps for any occasion
- High Quality Construction – A stainless-steel buckle and 3 matching keeper loops are available in your choice of polished silver or matte black finishes. Double stitched with bonded nylon thread for added durability. The single layer, 1.4mm thick leather molds to your wrist for a custom fit, while the slip-through military watch band design secures your watch by each spring bar independently.
- Easy Installation / Select Width – Available in 18mm, 20mm, 22mm or 24mm widths. Swap straps in seconds by passing it between spring bars at the top and bottom of your watch—no tools required. Measure the lug width of your watch (in millimeters) or your current watchband to confirm proper width. Compatible with any watch that uses standard spring bars, including brands. Check manufacturer specifications to confirm width. Not compatible with smartwatches that have rear sensors.

I love it when I take a swing on a product online and end up pleasantly surprised. These leather NATOs really delivered in that regard.I picked up the Oxblood and Dark Green colorways. The Oxblood, in particular, is an absolutely beautiful color. I wish the Dark Green was a little "more green" and a little less muted, but I still enjoy it. Overall they really do look great. The leather also impressed me. It looks, feels, and smells the part, though it has a good deal of stretch and I don't think it is full grain. The stretch, incidentally, gives it a pretty weightless and comfortable feel on the wrist. At this price point, the fake stuff that is bonded to nylon webbing wouldn't have surprised me, so again kudos on that. While I think these straps are a 5-star value, I don't think they are a 5-star product overall. They do have some issues.First is the overall fit and adjustment. The strap is a bit shorter than a standard NATO, which is awkward because NATOs are supposed to be long, and you fold excess tag end back in on itself. When I wear this strap I am on the second-to-tightest adjustment hole, and there is too much tag end left to just let it stick out, but there is just barely enough to fold it over. It's kinda awkward to deal with. For the record, I have a pretty average 7.25" wrist. If your wrist is under 7.00" you might need to look elsewhere unless you are willing to punch some more holes in this thing. My only other complaint is hardware finish options. The polished finish looks great, but I would've preferred a brushed option (for my particular watches). Some more options would be awesome. At the end off the day I'm pretty happy with how much I spent for what are two great looking straps. Will definitely be checking out more of the Benchmark Basics catalog.

when its new, its stiff and premium looking. after about two weeks the sides fray, the leather discolors and it stretches and gets flimsy. not a great option, you can put a leather product on your watch that will still look new in a year...not this one. in theory, this is a sporty strap, and should be much more robust and wear resistant than a dressier strap in the same price range.

Nice and supple leather. Very comfortable on wrist and matches with the Hamilton KFM nicely. Though I wish they had an option for brushed hardware as opposed to polished, it still looks and feels like a quality product. Value per dollar, I don’t think you can go wrong.

It's a $20 leather nato strap... Nothing to complain about here. Enjoy!

And I doubt this band would last long. I didn’t expect much for $20 and even that was too much to ask apparently. It arrived damaged like the end was cut off but even if it had arrived undamaged, it would go back. This is a great example of a “disposable item” as it would surely break being so thin. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

It’s really hard to find a wide variety of leather material one piece NATO style watch bands. Benchmark seems to the #1 seller on Amazon so I tried the sand color band for my Seiko 5 series (jade green, looks great with the sand brown). The material is incredibly comfortable and lightweight. It’s like a light suede feel to the touch, BUT a true NATO strap should be easy to tuck in the excess strap after you put on wrist to tuck in nicely. That is very very common. This material is both too thick at the tips and the metal loops on band aren’t wide enough to allow for the tuck back. I’ve tried all sorts of ways a shake but it won’t stay. Not unless you fold it backwards for the tuck in revealing the unattractive underbelly side of band. Has anyone found a good solution for this? I don’t want to cut the band that will probably just make it look worse? Also, I don’t think it will stand up to water at all, expect permanent stains to happen easily.
