I can not speak to longevity but as Cmas gifts to my adult sons, they loved them. They were solid. My boys are 6ft tall and both 160ish lbs and the 7.5 fit them good.

The bracelet is very pretty and looks like it would be a good quality, however, it comes unlatched randomly and falls off.Worried about losing it, so don't wear it as much.
