I purchased this chain for my mother. We got her a custom cross charm for Christmas but because of her arthritis she could not work the clasp on the necklace that came with the charm. I purchased this necklace with moderate expectations, with the hope that she could put it in and take it off over her head but adjust it once it's on to the length she likes.The necklace arrived on time and packaged well. When I opened the box I was wonderfully surprised by how beautiful this chain is. It looks like high quality sterling silver and had a beautiful glittery shimmer to it. The chain is dainty and very feminine which is what I was hoping for. The custom cross we got her is a little heavy but despite this chain looking very dainty it seems like it will hold the cross well without breaking. The length adjuster took a little practice for my mom to learn to use but now that she has learned how to use it she absolutely loves it! This chain is a must have for women with arthritis in their hands!

Had this chain less than a month, not even wearing it everyday either and it broke already. Not even by the clasp where I possibly could fix it, but the chain itself. Cheap price for a cheap product!!!

This is the SECOND time I have purchased it because I was so impressed with the first one I bought. This time unfortunately the piece that goes inside the loop to my cross is too big so I can not use the necklace. It is outside my window to return. The product is BEAUTIFUL like the previous one I just wished the loop size hadn't increased. It was bought for the same pendant that I purchased it before. I am just a sad and confused client, I wish the size wasn't changed and it only by a hair too. 🙃
