This is a nicely made necklace, packaged in a cellophane wrapper inside a hard cardboard box to protect it. I selected light purple, which is actually a magenta color, just like it's shown in the photo. It will work for me, so I'm happy with my choice, but think the color should be changed to magenta, which more accurately reflects the color.
