Wore this necklace less than 24 hours, and the "letter" fell off. The clasp that holds it onto the chain was not closed properly at the factory, and the letter simply slid through the gap in the closure!Don't waste your money on this product ! No quality control, apparently....Update:Kudos to the seller of these necklaces...upon reading my review they reached out to me to apologize for my negative experience with their product, and offered me a choice of options to "make things right".I chose a free replacement of both necklaces. They arrived today, and so far...so good!Thanks for backing your product!
