The pendant is really cute and the chain is nicely done. The item came in a black velvet pouch and the pendant on the chain was ziplock bagged separately. (The pendant in one bag and then the chain spilled into a little bigger ziplock bag) I thought that was nice. Overall, I love the everything. The only thing that is not on the seller it is on me and this may help someone, I think this change seems more for like lovers or for Mother daughter chain because the way it is set up the name then heart and then the other name so it is like it is saying Sean❤(loves)Jay lol
