One thing that I do like about this nose ring is the size. Normally nose rings are really teeny tiny; this one has a nice size to it. Not to bulky. I am giving it 4 stars only because it seems to come out a lot. I just wish the ball inside was a little bit bigger. But I can feel it if it is coming out; so therefore I haven't lost it.
