I gave this necklace to my ex's kid and he snapped the cross in less than a minute. So I do not recommend this necklace to any childern under 10 years old. Other than the pendant the cord necklace is easy to clean and doesn't break as easily as the pendant (unless cut by a knife or scissors).

I needed a large cross to wear with my vestments when I serve Communion at church. I didn't want a real heavy cross, but one that was lightweight, yet ornate. This particular cross was perfect!! It's just the right size with beautiful detail, yet lightweight. It is sterling silver and because it is so thin, I do have to be careful not to bend it accidentally. Since I only wear it when I serve, it shouldn't be a problem. Great find and value!

You know silver is getting expensive when three inches is thin. It's a nice accessory- very intricate, but not expensive looking- would suit a younger person, I was expecting more.

It looks exactly like it! So... no deception! Note: Don't forget: Although it's not a toy, it isn't a serious-white gold piece of jewelry either, so the feeling is different.
