I bought his pendant to use as a zipper pull. It was easy enough to attach to my zipper with some metal rings. However, this item is described as being made of pewter but i do not believe this to be correct. It seems to be made of cheap pot metal or tin. I say this because it is Extremely easy to bend. In fact, I almost broke it getting the metal ring on it... a cracking sound could be heard when bending it back straight. But, it looks cool, and fits in the application i intended it for. My only concern is how long (or short) it will last. As a necklace, this material is good enough. But if you plan on touching it a lot or being rough with it, don't expect it to last forever. This item would be perfect if the manufacturer used Stainless Steel to make this pendant (hint hint). Overall, I am pleased with the purchase for the price.

I absolutely love the pendants from this seller and they never fail to please. Truly a magical piece and a must for the Egypt lovers. Has withstood consistent sweat and water on a daily basis and has not tarnished or fade. Has a good weight but not so heavy to put on a strung necklace. Will continue to buy from this company.
