I am upset that this bracelet is broken, it was a Christmas present for my husband. He didn’t even wear it that much yet & the clasp pulled apart. Then it says the return/refund window ended on 1/31/24. The quality wasn’t good. We are sad we can’t get our money back at least!!!

Description says 9.4-9.8” long. As you can see it is 8.25 and the latch goes through 8 1/8”. Due to its thickness it’s even tighter. The class is the only thing that seems quality.
