I am very impressed with the quality of the Lacoste gold plated chain. It has a nice weight/heft to it without being overly heavy or bulky. It does not look like costume jewelry at all, probably because it's gold plated. I like the Lacoste square on the chain, but if you don't want that to be visible simply just flip the chain over. The clasp seems to be well-made and is your standard crab claw type of clasp. My skin is usually allergic to cheap metals, but this does not irritate the skin on my neck at all. Lastly, I really like the length of this chain.

This is a very nice solid quality and thicker necklace. I would rather the Lacoste name plate be position somewhere else then on the side. The clasps ring seems a bit thin like regular necklaces. It looks good wearing it as well.

This Lactose District necklace is the perfect length and chain size. The necklace is finished very nice and it had a good weight to it. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the Lactose logo piece on it but it actually looks really nice and it adds a unique touch to the necklace. The gold color isn't too shiny, bright or yellow looking like some are. Nice fitting and quality necklace.
