Bought 2 pairs for twin granddaughters' 11th birthday. I love the "hugger" earrings because you can sleep in them without them poking your neck, but some of them don't do a good job of staying hooked. These have worked out really well for my granddaughters, they don't treat them delicately at all, but they are so sturdy they stay hooked, and they have had no problems with them.
