i got the 16 gauge ring (thickness of the bar) and 10mm diameter (how big the hoop is). the left is the item i received and the right is my septum jewelry i got when i was pierced, a 16 gauge, 25/64” (10mm) size ring. the size on the listing is accurate in comparison to my normal jewelry so it fits perfect! i cant tell if the jewels are real amethyst since theyre so tiny, but they look so beautiful with the dragon claws.

Works as a lip piercing and it's beautiful! Gets dirty easy though because of the nooks and crannies. But the opal is really awesome, I love it!

It's so cute!! It's 4 prong setting. I have it looped through a double lobe piercing. Ordered 16g 8mm. It is EXTERNALLY threaded though which I'd the only reason I knocked a star off.
