I tried this on my nose but it didn't fit right but I really liked the style and comfort. I decided I'd wear it on my ears (2nd hole) so I ordered a 2nd one. It was great until I took one of the earrings out and it broke at the hinge in 2 pieces. I still loved the earring so moved it to a single 3rd hole where it has stayed. I'm leery to take it out as I fear it will break as well but if you're looking for earrings to just leave in 24/7, then I would recommend. Extremely comfortable to sleep in and adds a bit more fun than just a single hoop.

It’s a very good size for me who has the hole closer to my nostril but it is very hard to open.

I just got it today though, so hopefully it stays closed also.Since the stones are on the side (not the top) there is definitely a front and back (no stones in the back). That only matters because I had to insert it a different way than I usually do, but it wasn't hard.This 8mm feels slightly smaller than others I've bought, but ultimately not enough to make a difference, and I like a snug fit.Overall, I *think* I'm happy with this. I've had so many sketchy experiences with these on Amazon that I hesitate to highly recommend any of them right off. There weren't many reviews on this one so I wanted to be sure to write one and provide plenty of pictures. I'll update if things go sideways!UPDATE: I'm very happy! This has worn very well. Maybe b/c of the stones, but it doesn't turn in my nose like others do. It was easy to get on and the clasp was easy to close and has stayed firmly shut. I changed it today and it opened easily, no problems. I really like this ring so I'm ordering another from this company today!

Don't get me wrong it's a preferred preference when it comes to face jewelry. But it's to large. The clamp won't stay clamped. And the ring doesn't rotate in the hole. So the ring just falls out over and over. 1 out of 10 would not recommend

Its cute, it fits fine without pinching, i put it in my nose with no issues and went out, i had it in for about 2 hours total before it just fell out. The 'snap' hinge thing just doesn't hold tight. Bummer. They are sending me a replacement, but i don't expect it to be any better
