For those of you who don't know what that is, I'm a kid that moved every couple of years or so, along with my family and belongings, to follow my father from post to post. The symbol that's been adopted by us is a dandelion seed. My high school connections are still very strong, even after 45 years. We were brought together, grew close together, and then were flung to the winds after graduation, either because we moved with our families, or because we went off to different parts of the country or world for college. It's the perfect symbol for us.
One earring is a single dandelion seed and the other shows the seeds being blown away in the wind. The earrings are simply made with the flat surface clearly stamped with the design.
