This charm came packaged in a nice box with a polishing cloth. The charm holder was in a small cloth bag and the attached neck chain was inside another little clear bag so the chain would not get tangled. Seriously... That is great customer service. The charm holder is very nice and seems like a sturdy clasp. Hope so, it is a gift. I am extremely pleased with this and my other charms I received.

If you are going to put a very very light charm it might work for you. I wanted it to hold four tiny sterling charms that I’ve collected through the years and this split open several times while wearing. Luckily I was home, but I would have been extra upset if that weren’t the case.
