I purchased this pendant October 13, 2018. I admit, at I was rather hesitant because the item was new and did not have any reviews. When I shop online, customer reviews, the ratings they give products do factor into my buying decisions, I weigh what everyday people like myself have to say because let's face it, discretionary spending is not taken lightly by many of us, Wants vs Needs are cause to pause and ponder, definitely a time to evaluate and research. SO I continued looking for solitary cubic zirconia pendants that appeared to be of good quality. But I keep this one in my cart, I didn't remove it. In the end, I was swayed by the seller's description, the 'no-risk policy' and the commitment to respond to prospective buyers and customers within 24-hours...This is what propelled me to make the purchase. Sadly, there's not enough of 'good customer service guarantees' these days. Received my pendent in 2-days through Amazon Prime--I wouldn't shop any other way! The gem is gorgeous! It shows with such brilliance under the lights. I was pleasantly surprised, even the packaging gives the feel of a high-end piece. It's exactly what I wanted and hoped I'd get! I LOVE IT!!!! I'll definitely shop with this seller again, I highly recommend this seller!
