Step 3. Put the beads into the bracelet.
Step 4. Put the head part back to groove and then close it.

I do not like the bracelet lock. It is extremely difficult to open and close. Also it is tight for the length. I have a Pandora 21 too and is not as tight as this one.

Gave this to my daughter 2 Christmases ago. She wore it 1 time when first got it and then it was packed away for a long time due to a move and everything being in storage. She started actually wearing it about a month ago continuously and the rope part of it broke. Just snapped right in half. Did not catch it on anything. The quality of the material is not good.

My bonus daughter lost her Pandora bracelet in the parking lot and it was run over by another car, so I decided to get her this one as a replacement, due to the ratings.At first, it was wonderful - bright, shiny, and fit all of her remaining Pandora charms. However, she recently brought it to me, saying that she "just cleaned it" and it would not go to it's original state. I used my silver polishing cloth (for 15 minutes) and got it MUCH, MUCH cleaner than she did, but it still does not have it's original shine anymore. She says that when she cleans it, it usually brightens up pretty well, but it goes almost black again not long afterward...Now she is asking for a "real" Pandora bracelet, as she believes she won't have "the same problems". I am extremely disappointed.
