I bought one for myself, my mom, my grandma, and my sister for my sister's first mother's day. It is a beautiful design that is classic enough to be appropriate for all of us. It has been over a year, and me, my mom, and my grandma still wear it every day, with no tarnishing (I do take it off in the winter if I am wearing a sweater that catches easily). Mine occasionally catches on a sweater or string, and has pulled one of the curls out of place. Using pliers, I was able to easily reshape it.
