I love this necklace! As you can tell by the title, I purchased it to use instead of a Tiffany's chain to use with my Tiffany's alphabet pendant. It does not look cheap at all. In fact if you placed it side by side with the Tiffany's necklace you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. It looks great with my pendant and you can't beat $5.99 instead of $50. I see by other reviews that people have had problems with their chains breaking. I have worn mine several times all day long and have had no problem. If you do purchase this chain you do have to understand that it is a thin, delicate chain and you should handle it accordingly. That means, don't yank on it, don't put huge heavy pendants on it, be careful not to snag it on sweaters, etc. It works perfectly for what I want it for, but if you are hard on your jewelry you might want to purchase a thicker chain.

this necklace was really thin almost like an angel hair necklace which is very easily bent that's the only thing I did not like about it it seem like a very decent piece of jewelry though

I ordered this necklace as a replacement for another because of the unusual open chain design. It's not the typical box, figaro or serpentine design. It comes packaged in a nice little presentation bag. shipping was extremely fast and the package was well padded. The only thing that I find annoying is the clasp and ring are quite tiny and it can be hard to take off and put back on. Great value for the money.

Love it, especially the price. It is not too thin, just as described but it is sturdy. I hung a charm holder with 4 charms on it and it looks great. Great length, great product.

The chain was beautiful yet, the clasps were extremely small and next to impossible to hook. Very small.Maybe someone with very tiny hands could hook it but, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone with large or arthritic hands.Very bummed

I bought one of these necklaces a year or so ago and it was great. Very pretty, petite, and it lasted about a year before the chain broke. Since it is less than a $10 chain, I can't scoff at that -- I was very satisfied. So I ordered another one. Within two weeks it became completely tarnished (black) and on week 3 it broke. Not sure what piece of crap I was sent the 2nd time, but I can't recommend this product to anyone.

I ordered two of these chains, completely uncertain as to how large1.3mm would actually be. The chain was smaller than I had wanted,but has actually worked out very nicely.I actually took the laces out of my dress shoes, measured their length,subtracted the length that is used to tie the laces, and found the 22" lengthto be exactly what I'd need. Sure enough, it's the perfect fit.I now have silver chains as my shoelaces for my dress shoes, which I wear towork daily. (Sunglass Hut, and wedding photographer.)I've received many compliments, and thoroughly enjoy what my creativity hasbrought me. These chains have held up very well.No tangling, and they're sturdy enough to take the abuse of an on-the-go person.That is, if you're looking to put them in your shoes!

The chain is pretty fine, more so than expected. I do have one tiny pendant that it should work OK for. And the price was right. The shipping time and packaging was excellent. Just would have liked a slightly sturdier chain.
