The picture of the item really doesn't do these justice. They're very pretty - Elegant yet durable.I got these to replace a pair I had ordered online that I was disappointed with before I even got them in my ears. But they were inexpensive and I knew that "you get what you pay for" most of the time so I went ahead and put them in my ears instead of returning them. In less than a week they had changed colors and were literally turning the holes of my ears black, so I ordered these and another pair from another comoany. I'm hopeful that they'll last up to daily wear without changing color.So far they are not irritating my ears and haven't bothered me to sleep in. They came in a nice box with rubber backs I haven't needed to use.I'll update my review if they start to turn color that can't be cleaned with gentle cleaner, or if they should break under normal wear since I've only had them in for a few days. For now though, I would recommend.

I've purchased these earrings 3 times and have had so many compliments on them. I thread them through my two bottom holes and never take them out. Eventually a bar will break off but that can be expected with all of the wear and tear I put them through. I hope they are never discontinued!
