I actually got this mainly for the gold knot cuff links, the added studs were a plus. You get one set of cuff links, and four studs with a matching gold knot design. They are entirely golt plated and come nice and shiny. A cleaning/polishing cloth is included in the hard case. Each item comes packed in its own plastic bag for protection. Could be given as a gift right out of the amazon box.

I have some 14K gold love knot cufflinks already that I can wear with these shirt buttons. They look very similar. But if I didn't already have the cufflinks, I'd use these. I haven't worn my tux yet with these, but I plan to on an upcoming cruise. These are nice.
