The watch face is pretty and looks nice with the white band. The plastic band is kind of stiff, but maybe it will soften with wearing. Having a permanent battery is great. The only downside for me is that the thing is huge on my small wrist. The watchface diameter is 1 and 3/8", or 1 and 1/2" with the stem. It looks dumb and is bound to get whacked or caught on something. If these dimensions had been listed, I would have continued shopping.

This watch is great. Perfectly sized (though on the smallest setting) for a 5 year old's wrist. Big numbers make learning to read an analog clock easy. My son loves it.The unit I bought started to lose time sporadically after a couple of months. I contacted the seller via Amazon at 7 PM on Friday, and by noon that Sunday I had a replacement at my doorstep. It was really easy.Highly recommend.

Watch band immediately discolored after the first use. The pink band turned black on the edges and a shade of blue in the middle. Very poor quality.
