As soon as I saw these I wanted Hubby to have a pair. We both really like kangaroos. This pair of cufflinks was nicely packaged in a gift-quality box. The cufflinks feel like a good quality, and they look really nice on Hubby's cuffs.

These cufflinks come in a copper brown, satin presentation case that is lined with brown velvet. It is a very attractive presentation case, with plenty of room inside for the cufflinks and a polishing cloth.I was curious as to what the cufflinks were made of, and the description says "rhodium-plated base metal." So, I looked up rhodium plating. Apparently, it is a very strong, very shiny, very attractive silvery or chrome-colored coating that is usually used over gold or silver because of their light colors. It is used in high quality jewelry, including and especially settings made of platinum. Although rhodium will wear out and apparently does need re-plating once in a while on a ring, I doubt if that will be a problem with cufflinks, as their contact with the skin is so minimal or even non-existent.So, it is a quality plating placed over a light-colored base metal.These are cute. They will make a nice gift for that special Aussie! They are smaller than I thought they would be, which is a plus in my mind. I wouldn't want them to be huge and stand out on that favorite Aussie's cuffs too much.They are cute and of decent quality.

I like these cufflinks for a couple of reasons; (1) the finish is absolutely stunning with no flaws at all and (2) the presentation box with polishing cloth really elevates the item when presented as a gift and (3) who doesn't like kangaroos? I did not see any obvious signs of weakness with the clasp that would give me pause to buy this again. 5/5 stars for a really well-done presentation.

I previously received the koala cufflinks from this same company and decided to get these kangaroos as well. Both are great! A very nice tribute to my time in Australia where I had the opportunity to spend time with the real deal. These cufflinks are well made, seem durable, and really accent a dress shirt professionally. I wore them at work just today and received several compliments. Highly recommend!
