I love how light these hoops feel. Likewise, I do not like that the hoops are hollow. I fear they run the risk of becoming dented or broken the hollow or light nature. But they do look marvelous!

Endless loop earrings take special technique to get into your ear piercing but once in they look great. Other types of loop earrings are easier to get in but I don't like the hinges and clasps showing.

I did not like the thickness of the hoop. I was hoping for something with a little more girth. Its to late to return before Christmas. I'm still giving them as a gift . I will however, include a note and the all receipts for purposes of return. For the price I was expecting a little better quality. I am not at all satisfied

Exactly as described and the customer service was outstanding. My only complaint is my own fault. We were hit by hurricane Harvey and in all of the mess I ended up not wearing earrings for several months. When I went to wear them again I found my ears had nearly healed back up so I needed simple earrings to wear to reestablish the holes. My ears are very sensitive so I require pure gold. These earrings are all that I was looking for, however I didn’t realize that with continuous gold loops, the part that goes in your ear is very long and curved and you have to twist the earring to create the opening. All of which makes them difficult to put on. I ended up needing my husband to do it because I wasn’t able to see the tiny hole that was left. What I really needed were posts! Fingers crossed we will finally be able to move back into our house in the next couple of weeks and I can unpack the earrings I already own to find some.

I liked this product well enough since I purchased it in 2018. Back then it cost $130, and if I were to replace it today it would cost $100 more. I contacted customer service to see if they would do anything at all for a product that I believe should last many years (I have gold jewelry that has been handed down from generations) and this earring just crumbled after a few years of light use. Just be warned that there is zero customer service from this brand outside of the return window. Maybe better to purchase with a brand that stands behind their product.
