This was a nice looking chain but when I got a hair cut wearing it it was SO light weight that with just the brush buy of the clippers it dropped to the floor and was ruined. So not worth the money. It has NO durability!!NO Weight! NO QUALITY WHAT SO EVER 😦

The product was light based on the average weight of gold for the length of necklace I ordered. I just was not impressed. That said, the customer service seems to be really good. We will see if I get my refund as approved. Mind you I’ve never bought from this company before.
