Product was shipped as promised and in great shape. The necklace is beautiful. The topaz sparkles and the chain is a great length. However, the earrings are very difficult to get on and off. That was very frustrating and my wife still has not worn the earrings. That’s the reason for a 4 rating. Other than that it is a great looking set.
