Placed the order for this gorgeous ring on Sunday and received it today(four days later). The only thing that was a little bothersome, was the fact that I had a post card from the parcel, to pick it up at the post office because I wasn't home from work yet to sign for it. I was not aware it needed a signature. But then again, this ring was not cheap. It was pricey. Not to mention the original price. Talk about sale. I saved over $800.00 dollars on this ring. And I'm very pleased. I ended up sizing down a half size. Only because some reviews mentioned this style ring being a little big. And I've had my share of disappointments with that issue. I have big knuckles. Which I tend to take into consideration. So once the ring gets over my knuckle, I'm finding rings to be a bit big. So with that being said. The ring was just a little tight going over my knuckle. But once it did, it fits real well. I can get it back off lol. Goes with my plain solid gold wedding band nicely. The way the setting raises up. Allows it to lay nicely together appearing to be a set. I totally love it. Ladies, you won't be disappointed. The stone is big enough to catch the eye. Yet not too large to look ridiculous. Who says you need a diamond for an engagement ring? I chose this stone because it's my husbands birthstone. Very light and elegant.Update on this ring. I had this just a little over a year. I washed my hands and when I dried them, my ring totally broke. I have no idea why that happened. The split in the ring is diagonal. Does this mean it has been resized before and finally gave way? I don't know. But for what I paid, I am not happy. I am totally clueless as to why and how this happened. It's not even thin in that spot. Which I have heard of happening. If a ring is taken off and on continuously. It will thin out and break eventually. This is not the case. So upset!
