I'm always looking for good quality "imitation" jewelry and thought I'd give these CZs a try. Overall, they're fine. I appreciated that they came with two extra sets of backs because you know I'll lose the ones it came with. They're comfortable in my ears and didn't cause irritation. The backs and posts are stamped "925," so those seem to be silver. I did not see any markings on the earrings themselves, so I can't verify whether they're 18K gold as claimed in the description. They protrude pretty far out from your earlobe - talking on the phone without using a headset or the speaker setting is very uncomfortable, and I expect over-the-ear headphones would hurt as well. But overall not bad for a diamond dupe.

As someone who tarnishes my silver jewelry just by looking at it the wrong way, I am always looking for gold or rhodium plated silver jewelry. That is what sold me on these earrings, initially.That is such a game changer because it means they won't get tarnished from just one or two wears like silver often does on me.But they are also beautifully sparkly. And they are a good size: big enough to be noticeable but not so big as to scream "fake!!"The price is right for a diamond-look earring.The crystal band around the sides is a nice touch although I think it is just a waste since you can't even see it when you are wearing them, unless you are getting earlobe close-up photos (not common, I would say).Regardless, these are lovely, tarnish-resistant and very affordable. If you love a diamond look that isn't "cheap" but also doesn't require an "investment" this is a great choice.
