Took a risk on a higher price for gold instead of "hypoallergenic silver" earrings. Very pretty when you can get the diamond part to rest facing forward, but it's a little hard to get them to lay correctly so they sparkle! However, no allergic reaction to the metal, so the fussing is worth it to not have red, swollen ear lobes. I've forgotten they were in and worn them into the shower, no ill effects to the metal; in fact, leaving them in the bathroom jewelry tray for a few days through a few different showers and these lovelies are still so shiny! I love them very much.
