If you're looking for something small and of good quality but won't fall out, this is a great choice. It was a little difficult to put in at first (I needed my boyfriends help to push the stud into the base all the way) and I don't have the slightest clue how to take it back out but thankfully I haven't had to yet. It's great for long-term use and you won't ever have to worry about losing your nose stud again. Been wearing this one for about 5 months now and have had no complaints with the quality. I am a little nervous about how I would go about taking it out but for the price I'd be willing to cut it with wire cutters and buy another one if necessary. The flat base makes it easy to clean and I've found I don't have to deal with it poking out (or as my mom says "your turkey's done!") like I did with the standard studs.

very beautiful labret, it is a 1.5mm CZ so yes it is VERY small stone but not small enough to go through the piercing. The labret is 5/16" long so if your thinking of using this as a nose ring your should go for the 1/4" one that is this style because this one would be way to long (i have a nose piercing and tried it). It fits perfectly for my tragus however I have only had the piercing for 8 weeks and I think theres still some swelling, and its very possible that this size will become to long in a few months to a year. But when that comes I will defiantly be buying from Nose Ring Bling again!

It's pretty, and relatively comfortable, tho the head kept coming off when changing shirts, or brushing against my nose.I'll stick with the segmented hoops.

I have been looking for a very small push pin to wear in my Monroe piercing, this is it! Very dainty and sparkly and perfect! Arrived sooner than expected and was packaged in a nice gift box which was in a little bag. Love this!

The post on these rings are far too long to work in anyones nose. I wouldn't recommend it unless you really know that is what you want.

Was a little skeptic about this assuming it will be the same as others i bought before, but OMG, this was an amazing buy. The top is actually longer than I thought so I know when its screwed in, it will stay for good. I will definitely buy it again.
