The CGSRING 14K Solid Gold Moissanite Ring is absolutely stunning. It is a little high in profile to my preferred style but the small stones for detailing on the sides are lovely. It's incredibly comfortable. The band is just the right thickness and the stones on the side aren't scratchy. The main stone could almost be passed as a very high quality diamond with perfect clarity but it does cast more rainbows than a traditional diamonds signature shine. It does have a very beautiful shine and luster. The setting is quite sturdy, clean, and well designed, especially for being in a 14k gold, it is pretty solid. When I first saw it I thought it may be a bit too large of a stone but it actually looks quite nice on.

This ring is very nice. It is 14k white gold and is stamped as such on the inside of the ring. The moissanite looks very clear and sparkles amazingly. The sizing was exactly as expected as well. The box that it comes in is very nice too, and would work great for gifting/presenting to someone.

The lid is so heavy, you can't set the box down flat-- it tips back, like in the photo. I guess that's not a deal breaker, but it was kind of a meh for me. The ring itself, however, is quite pretty. I'm looking forward to this being a shiny stand-in, so I can keep my real wedding jewelry nice. The ring has quite a bit of projection, and the stones set into the sides at the prongs add a lot of interest. It's not plain, that's for sure. So far, I'm pretty happy with this ring.

I have learned so much about gold and about moissanite since I ordered and received this lovely 14k gold moissanite ring. Because of what I have learned I have object to the use of the word "solid" when referring to the gold content of this ring. The sales page for this ring states that it is made of 14K solid gold.14k gold is never "solid" gold. 14k gold is instead made of 58.5% gold and 41.5% alloy. I am removing one star from my rating of this ring because of the misuse of the word "solid" when describing the gold content that this ring contains.I have no other issues with this 14k gold moissanite ring. I think that this ring is very lovely. It appears to be crafted with great care. It is stamped 14k gold on the instead of the band.This ring is easy to wear. It has no rough edges.I do not consider this ring to be an engagement or wedding ring, mostly because it does not come with a matching wedding band, but also because I personally would prefer a real diamond engagement or wedding ring even if the stone is much smaller than the moissanite stone in this ring.This 14k gold moissanite ring is very lovely and I rate it four stars.
