This is the third or fourth piece I've bought from Wellingsale, and I was surprised to find that the spring-ring clasp does not work. I'm having to send it back. Ordinarily, since they have really good stuff, I would just exchange it for another. But I was also surprised that it is such a sparkly necklace. I guess it's diamond-cut, and maybe that's what makes it so shiny, but it also gives the look of the chain not laying smoothly, almost the effect of a Singapore. So I'm sending it back and will look for something not quite so shiny, more of a "glowing" gold rather than sparkly, and a catch that works. Overall I've been happy with them until this necklace.
