I was looking for a larger earring, however, I choose to keep them and put them into the rotation and I have to say they are not bad at all. I put them in and actually forget I have them in. Something you can't do with fake gold or silver. My wife and I always compete for who looks the best so what I wear is important to me. I am a 70's kid (52 yrs old) and I enjoy wearing them. When I am going for a more casual look (going to the beach, hanging out with friends, work) they are perfect. When I want to be loud i have to bump the size and thickness up. My fav. size is 20 - 24 with a 3mm tube. When wearing those these always become the 3rd ring on the left hand side. When I wear them they do not come out until I need to go loud. Sleep and Shower no need to take them out. Closes and stays closed very well. I wear over the ear headphones and again they do not bother me. The larger sizes I have to take out due to the headphone pushing the ring into my skin.
