I purchased these as a Christmas gift for my mother, they are pretty but apparently the quality is questionable. My mom has had them less than 4 months and occasionally wears both the necklace and earrings. Last night the pearl completely fell off of the earring post!! I have never seen decent jewelry fall apart in such a short amount of time with very little wear, that is something I would expect from cheap costume jewelry. My mom was very disappointed and I was appalled.UPDATE: On April 26, 2017, Lauren from The Pearl Source reached out to me and offered to have the earrings repaired at their expense. I replied thanking her for the offer and asked for an address to ship the earrings. As of today (May 13th) there has been no reply, no shipping address, no repair and no further communication from this company to help resolve this. My mom is still left with something she can no longer wear. If I could give this company and protect a "zero" star rating I would.
