This comes inside tissue wrapping and then a small packet.It’s very small (as advertised). But perfect as a nose ring which is the reason I ordered it.My friend wears one and I got it for her for her birthday!For it being a lab made diamond I would not know the difference by looking! This shines so brightly at each little angle of the stone.Very nicely set in beautiful gold that can stand the test of timeThe solid base is very smooth and the end is stand size of a smaller piercing to go through but stay in place with that “back stop” at the opposite end of the diamond!I was and am very impressed with the design, overall look and affordability of this item and would absolutely recommend!

I have ordered one other piece of Umanative off Amazon before, so I was familiar with their quality. This earring did not disappoint. It was wrapped in their signature white envelope. The earring is indeed gold, not gold filled or plated. There is a small lab created emerald as well. The earring is screwed into a flat back, and is very secure. I love love love their jewelery!!!!

These earrings are nice but tiny. They are a little hard to put on because of the very short post and the twist flat back, but once they’re on they stay on well.

I used a diamond tester on this and it tested positive for diamond. The gold was acid tested and tested positive for 14 karat gold. Well I am happy about that it really is really small

This is absolutely beautiful and very nice quality. Purchased with intentions to use in my nose but may use in ear. It’s the flat back screw on type and very dainty. Stone is gorgeous and I cannot say enough what nice quality this is

What is not to like about gold? This is a stud that you can use in a second hole or wherever you want. The earring is small and understated. It is really nice and the post is solid. The earring has a screw on connector on the back. You will not be losing this earring anytime soon. The gem shines nicely and is solidly placed on the earring. All in all this is a solid stud. It will look great anywhere you put it.
