My piercings are usually sensitive to jewelry that’s not 100% solid gold but baby I’ve had these in for quite sometime. I never take em off to sleep or shower. My ears don’t hurt, not sore at all. The backs are so much easier to screw on than others that have a ball back. Your piercings can't be too close together though (only downfall). Comfortable to sleep in.
