For not being real they sure seem so. I wear them daily, never in the shower, but they are holding up really well. My ears always swell, turn red, and itch when I wear fake earrings so maybe these are really plated in real gold because I never have an issue. I'll definitely be buying more.

I really like these hoops, they’re the perfect size. No telling how long the gold plating will last but you have to figure something at this price will turn silver eventually. These are really nice and bonus that it’s actually easy to snap these in the back- that is not always the case with hoops. I like!
