Simulated Emerald : Also known as nano or simulant is not the same as a Lab Created. A simulated gemstone is best described as colored dyed glass

They're very pretty and I like the screw backs bc I lose earring backs very easily! Only complaint is that they seem to be a smaller gage (thicker) than normal earrings. So they hurt a little and leave my ears a little sore. But nothing I can't handle. I still wear them.Only actual complaint is that the posts bend easily.... when screwing on/off the back, the post bent. =/ i was able to bend it back almost to normal, but yeah. .

I love the look of these earrings. They are small size and vey cute. They fit in my earring jackets perfectly. The only negative is that I wish they were a bit more dark blue topaz as shown in the online photo. I was trying to match them with my existing cartilage earring. That being said they are a nice contrast.

I bought the sterling silver version in two stone variations, London Topaz and Green Sapphire. It’s difficult to find sterling, screw back, gemstone earrings for under $20 so I consider this a win. The packaging is really nice. They seem sturdy and the backs stay on well. The silver is rhodium plated, which means they won’t tarnish unless the plating wears off. That’s kind of a nice bonus because I didn’t realize that when I ordered.For the price, I wasn’t really sure what to expect with the gemstones. They look great. And they do come with a certificate of authenticity. Overall a good buy. If they hold up I might buy some additional gemstone variations.

The earrings are pretty and good quality. However, I bought my birthstone color blue topaz to have blue earrings and the color is so faint it appears 99% white/clear. Bummer because I already have white and really was excited for the blue color. The pictures of what the gems will look like is very misleading.
