This necklace is cute when it arrives, but mine did turn colors after wear. I had it a few months and it turned. If you only want to wear it occasionally it might work for you.Update: the seller reached out and offered a refund, because I had an issue with the necklaces.

The media could not be loaded.  it just dawned on me one day and I’m so glad it did! Inexpensive, quality jewelry is simply NOT available in stores. I ordered a second necklace (also Amazon) at the same time I ordered this one, so I have a super cute PAIR of different textured gold necklaces for less than 30 bucks. You cannot find that at Target or the mall. Treat yourself to an instant upgrade.

VERY particular about jewelry. I have the type of skin that seems to turn poorly constructed jewelry green, or at least less shiny. Not the case with this necklace. But, make sure and either hook it in front of you, or have someone else do it for you, because the latch can easily get jammed if you don't pay close attention while connecting it. Otherwise, a wonderful addition. If you're looking for a gift for a special someone--you can stop looking now. 😉

The picture on the posting doesn’t do this justice. It’s a gorgeous necklace, but it’s so short I don’t know how it fits on a grown woman’s neck. Ended up having to wear it as a bracelet wrapped around my wrist twice.
