Item arrived in a tiny plastic bag that was opened in a small box. Clasp is bent and the necklace has a knot that nobody can open. So disappointed. Couldn’t even put it on. The stone looks more plastic than it looks in the picture (bought green). Now I have to return it and go all the way to Whole Foods to get my money back.
