I purchased this for my daughter that was about to have a baby. I wanted to give it to her in the hospital after my precious Granddaughter was born.It came presented very well & she loved it.My daughter is small so the necklace was fine, but it is very short, (close to a choker chain, but a hair longer).If you are looking for a longer one than right at your neck, I’d purchase another brand.As for tarnishing or losing it’s silver color, I can’t vouch for that yet, as it’s too soon.For a young girl, it would be perfect.It is very Dante & pretty!!!

This necklace is really cute, it has 3 bears on the chain which reminds me of silver gummy bears. It's so adorable while being grown up cute too. The necklace needed an extender because it's 18 inches total but it is one of those necklaces that are for any age. I definitely recommend this necklace.

I received my “mama” necklace in on 14 June. I put my necklace on after I got dressed on the 16 June. This is what my necklace looked like when I woke up this morning on the 17 June. I never had it on while showering, I don’t use hairspray at all. The chain is fine. Plus, the clasp would not close all the way. It looked fabulous when I put my necklace on for the first time on the 16th. I don’t recommend this necklace.
