Looking at the picture of this I was expecting it to be bigger and a sturdier charm. Instead I got a very delicate and beautiful one. On a thin chain this charm looks great. This was a gift for a cowkers who just recently became a nurse. She absourtely loved it and cried when she saw it. I was hesitant on buying it but in the end I'm glad I did.
